Prices are per week and include bed linen, towels (not pool towels),
general use of water, electricity & gas.
There is an additional charge for heating.
Beds are made up for your arrival.
During July & August the let is from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside these dates we are happy to meet your individual requests, subject to
availability.
Christmas &
New Year
We offer a daily rate for the festive season.
£85 per night for first 3 nights, with additional nights at £65 per night
We offer special
Christmas Day or New Years meals.

year
Between October and May the accommodation
is available for short breaks and long term lets. Please contact us with your requirements
Availability
You
can check our availability by clicking AVAILABILITY
Booking
- Please contact us with your request. We will
confirm to you availability and pricing, and if you wish to proceed then
we will hold the accommodation for 7 days pending receipt of your
paperwork and payment.
- To confirm your booking we request that you
to complete and sign a Booking Form & Terms and
Conditions (which you can
download by clicking) together with a 25% deposit (or full payment if
your holiday is due to commence with-in 8 weeks).
- Full payment (plus £150 security deposit) is
required 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
- The security
deposit is held against the
possibility of damage to any of our property. The deposit will be
returned within 2 weeks of your departure after the property has been
thoroughly checked and some attempt at rectifying any problem has been
made.
