Cuisine Stay home and eat out ~ An alternative to cooking for yourselves or driving to a restaurant is to have a meal cooked for you here at the La Grande Metairie. We offer 3-course meals which include an aperitif and local wine. You can choose to eat with us or to have it served to you in the comfort of your accommodation or on your terrace. An example of our menu is shown above. "Coq au Vin “. Tender chicken simmered in a rich wine sauce with mushrooms and shallots. Served with a creamy sweet potato & carrot mash, potato & swede mash and green beans. Evening Meals on Arrivals Days ~ To ease you into your holiday we offer a welcome evening meal. This is a simpler menu served to you either on your terrace or in the comfort of your accommodation. We also offer picnic hampers including a cool box and blanket. Please contact us for more details and prices. Initial Food Shop ~ If you are worried about getting your initial food shop on your arrival, again we can do this for you for a nominal charge.
